〜見落としがちな部分の作業項目と作業指数〜 梅雨のじめじめした季節、今号で10号目の原稿になりました。 今回は、見積もり時の作業応用と、提示しなければならないのに見落としてしまっている部分について、脱着取替指数をパーツ部位ごとに上げてみます。 その前に、定義として、指数のあるなしに関わらず、あるものは、車種別指数や指数マニュアルを網羅しながら、キチンと整理されて、説明ができるということが前提です。
